ISSUES ADDRESSED
Most people who think about seeking help in the form of
therapy or counseling are in a place where they have tried everything they know
to do and things still aren’t working out as they hoped. This is a very difficult position to find
oneself in, and many people find it humiliating to have to seek help from a
professional when things are not going well in their lives. However, we know that we can’t “fix” things
that are not working in our bodies, so we seek the assistance of medical
doctors for medical problems. Similarly,
at times we need assistance from mental health experts in order to “fix” what
